Cancellations and Returns

 

Cancellation Policies


All scheduled courses/ classes/ training including Groups and One-on-One training are refundable if cancelled 30 days BEFORE scheduled class date. A cancellation fee of $50 will be applied.


85% of course cost is refundable if canceled 3 weeks before scheduled class date.

75% of course cost is refundable if canceled 2 weeks before scheduled class date.

25% of course cost is refundable if canceled 1 week before scheduled class date.

Any cancellations within 1 week of scheduled class is no longer refundable. 


Remember classes are small, if you have a spot and cancel, someone could have had that spot.


Rescheduling Guide Lines

A course may be rescheduled 1 time. The course can be rescheduled IF it's 3 weeks in advanced of original training date and within the next 6 months of original scheduled class date. A rescheduling fee of $50 is due before class can be rescheduled. Again, the rescheduled class must be done within 6 months of your original class date and will be at the same rate paid for your original scheduled class.


Group Training: Can be changed to a different date if rescheduled IF it's 3 weeks in advanced of original training date and within the next 6 months of original scheduled training date.  A rescheduling fee of $75 is due before class can be rescheduled. Again, the rescheduled class must be done within 6 months of your original class date and will be at the same rate paid for your original scheduled class.


Private One-On-One Training:  Can be changed to a different date IF it's 3 weeks in advanced of original training date and within the next 6 months of original scheduled training date.  A rescheduling fee of $25 is due before class can be rescheduled. Again, the rescheduled class must be done within 6 months of your original class date and will be at the same rate paid for your original scheduled class.


☆ When rescheduling after the 3 week cut off date, the refundable difference (outlined above) will need to be paid towards the rescheduled class before it can be rescheduled.

 

PRODUCTS AND MERCHANDISES


For sanitary reasons we are not allowed to accept any products or merchandise returns. Device Warranties are submitted directly to the manufacture by us on your behalf. It may not be submitted as a return, only a replacement and it is based solely on the manufactures approval.

 

SPA SERVICES


Individual Spa Services:

Group Spa Services:

Can be changed to a different date if rescheduled 3 weeks in advanced of original Spa date. A rescheduling fee of $75 is due before service is rescheduled and again must be 3 weeks before original Spa date. Group Spa Day deposits are not refundable.
